Il Natale 2020 porta buone notizie a tutti coloro che condividono la passione del volo perché è appena stato pubblicato ufficialmente sul sito del Senato (A.S. n° 2053) il testo della “Legge quadro per la valorizzazione e la promozione del volo da diporto e sportivo e dell’avioturismo”.
Si tratta di un passo importante verso l’aggiornamento delle normative vigenti (vedasi Legge 106 del 1985) e di un punto fermo da cui partire immediatamente per poter fare tutte le migliorie e le integrazioni necessarie.
E’ una iniziativa molto attesa perché il settore è da anni in forte sviluppo ma, come spesso succede, la politica italiana  non ha saputo in passato comprendere il problema, la sua valenza strategica, economica, imprenditoriale, turistica e dare di conseguenza risposte adeguate alle mille accorate richieste fatte da operatori ed appassionati del settore, enti e associazioni.
Oggi finalmente si sta registrando una inversione di tendenza ed una importante coesione fra soggetti ed entità per una causa che vede coinvolti a vario titolo alcuni Ministeri, ENAC, ENAV, Aeronautica Militare, Aero Club d’Italia, ANSV.
Stanno collaborando, unite dalla passione e dalla volontà di dare il proprio contributo,  realtà come AOPA, Avioportolano, VFR Aviation, Piloti di Classe, Volare Sicuri, la nostra FlyEurope.TV, responsabili aero club locali, associazioni sportive, aeroporti, aviosuperfici e tanti altri soggetti che sono stati ascoltati e coinvolti grazie alla loro esperienza, cultura e competenza nel settore.
Il Disegno di Legge è stato sviluppato grazie all’iniziativa del Senatore Luca Briziarelli che, già dal 2018, aveva iniziato ad approfondire questa materia, affiancato dai suoi colleghi Senatori Mallegni, Pergreffi, Ruspandini, Steger, Barachini, Barboni, Berutti, Campari, Corti, Paroli e Rufa.

Draft bill on Ultralight Aviation deposited in the Italian Senate

Christmas 2020 brings good news to all those who share the passion for flying because it has just been officially published on the website of the Senate (A.S. n° 2053) the text of the “Framework law for the enhancement and promotion of recreational and sport flying and aviation tourism”.
This is an important step towards the updating of the regulations in force (see bill 106/1985) from where to start immediately in order to make all the necessary improvements and additions.
It is a long-awaited initiative because the sector has been developing strongly for years but, as often happens, Italian politics has not been able in the past to understand the problem, its strategic, economic, entrepreneurial and touristic value and to give consequently adequate answers to the thousands of heartfelt requests made by operators and fans of the sector, institutions and associations.
Today we are finally recording a reversal of trend and an important cohesion between subjects and entities for a cause that involves some Ministries, ENAC, ENAV, Aeronautica Militare, Aero Club d’Italia, ANSV etc, and also associations and non-institutional entities such as AOPA, Avioportolano, VFR Aviation, Piloti di Classe, Volare Sicuri, our FlyEurope.TV, all linked by the passion and the will to give their contribution.
The Bill was developed thanks to the initiative of Senator Luca Briziarelli who, already in 2018, had begun to investigate this matter, flanked by his colleagues Senators Mallegni, Pergreffi, Ruspandini, Steger, Barachini, Barboni, Berutti, Campari, Corti, Paroli and Rufa.
